New Drupal module - Feeds HTTPFetcher AA

While working with Rock Lobby, their API required a 2-step authentication mechanism, similar to oAuth where you have authenticated, and now pass security tokens with API requests.

The difference being, they weren't using oAuth, and the login step happens as a first step for requests with expiring security tokens.  Enter Feeds HTTPFetcher AA.

Feeds already provides for HTTP fetching of data, even with limited authentication abilities.  What HTTPFetcher AA does in this case, is allow you several configurations to feed authentication including what Rock Lobby needed:  A JSON-encoded login where tokens are returned and then passed on subsequent calls.
